"Modified taco seasoning I found on the web to be spicier. When making the tacos I do not pour out the grease, I just use less water for the simmering."

  1. This was okay but it didn't make enough to fully season the pound of ground beef that I used. I may not have followed the directions properly because I'm not sure what the amount for the last few ingredients were supposed to be (1 to taste?). I assumed it was 1tsp and I had to quadruple the amounts to get it to season the meat. It also turned out really salty. My hubby and son liked it but it gave me some serious indigestion. I'm not sure if I'll use it again.
