    Angelofraa's Note:

This is great for big get togethers or for potlucks. Also you can substitute lean ground turkey instead of beef for a healthier dish.

Very quick and easy salad to make! I left a small bowl of sour cream on the side so that people could help themselves to a dollop. Everyone loved the salad. Next time I think that I will make some guacamole and leave a bowl of that on the side too. Definitely will make this again.

This recipe was quick and easy to make. I decreased the amount of lettuce and catalina dressing so that it presented itself more like a taco salad. I used a side of Spanish Rice with it. I put extra tomatoes and olives in tiny bowls too so everyone can use it at their discretion. I think what made it the most fun was that I left a block of cheese in the grater and everyone got to top their salad off by grating their own cheese!
