Oh if only I could give you more stars! This is EASY and YUMMY! Tex Mex love all warm and cheesy in 20 minutes! You made this Mama's nite! All I had to do after tossing this together and throwing it in the oven was open a bag of premade salad and pour the iced tea! Gotta love it! Thanks so much for a fast and easy recipe that really tastes great!

This was easy to make. I did add about 1/2 cup of onions when I browned the meat. I was a little on the dryer side. But then you would not want to add to much liquid otherwise the chips would become soggy. I might play around with adding oh say 1/2 cup of water or taco sauce to the meat mixture next time. I will make this again as we all enjoyed it today. Thanks. Made for Zaar World Tour 2006

This was easy. The problem is that is tasted that way too. We felt that there was something lacking in the meat or cheese department. Maybe some sort of sauce like a can of beans or a can of spaghetti sauce should be added to the meat. We just felt it was dry. Sorry. We may try it again and "tweak" it a bit to our tastes.

This was soooo great! My kids and I loved it and couldn't believe how easy it was to put together. I used Red Hot Blues tortilla chips (blue chips with a hint of salt and heat) and used taco blend cheese instead of plain cheddar. I served this with salsa, sour cream and lettuce, so everyone made their own individual plate of inside-out tacos. This will replace regular tacos in our house. Thanks for sharing this simple recipe! P.S. I baked this at 350* since I already had something in the oven. It was done in 10-15 minutes.
