This was very good. I've made it before with yams but this was the first time with sweet potato (I assume it meant the yellow ones not the orange ones called yams here). I also added a little chipotle sauce to get the smokiness. Great as a side dish or for burritos. Thanks.

Very good! I added some chopped onions, and I think I'll add some chopped garlic next time as well, but it was delicious!!! I ate it just by itself for dinner last night - yummy! Thanks for the great recipe.

This recipe is quick and easy, and delicious as well. It seemed like an unusual combination at first, but my brother and I both love it. We are going to try adding some chopped peppers and onions when we wrap up the rest in burritos.

Yummy! This was excellent. We served it over brown rice and added a dollop of yogurt. Surprisingly good considering the simplicity! This is a staple now -- thanks for a great recipe!

Enjoyed with brown rice, hot sauce, and yogurt. It made me sleepy, but that was a good thing. I didn't have taco seasoning, so I made my own blend of spices.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet, it is so very good! Quick, easy, vegetarian, and delicious. First tried it to use up a few sweet potatos I had kicking around. I make it for DIY Taco night. Can't imagine tacos without it now! Add a dash of chipotle sauce for some extra heat and a touch of smokey flavour.
