      We just polished this pie off for dinner--well actually just half of it, but it was fantastic! Used lean ground beef and added a bit extra garlic and cumin, as well as some chipolte powder. This will definitely be made again.

      This was really good and easy to prepare. I used ground turkey and instead of the corn, a can of pinto beans (same size as the black beans). It smelled great in the oven and tasted even better. My DSs loved it, too. We put some sour cream and/or salsa on top after it was cooked. Thanks for posting this recipe!
