- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (11 ounce) white shoepeg corn, don't drain
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes or (14 ounce) can rotel
- 1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans, drained
- 1 lb mild Velveeta Mexican cheese
directions
- Brown Hamburger with chopped onions, Drain.
- Add remaining ingredients in 3 quart saucepan or crockpot.
- Heat on low to medium heat. Do not boil.
