We loved this recipe! I marinaded chicken for about 24 hours. I fried the red peppers and the jalepenos-Delish! I might have used more of the spices to jazz it up more, we love our flavor! Thanks for posting Mama!
These were very good! I really liked the crispy red peppers! I didn't have cilantro because my husband accidentaly got parsley but I threw some of that in the mix instead and it was still great. The only thing was it seemed a little less flavorful than expected with the powerful flavor ingredients. For the tequila I used lime flavored Jose Quervo. Definately a keeper though!
