Great salad! Instead of layered, I served it "buffet" style so my kids could take only the things they liked and DH and I could load up on the things that they don't like! I think I will thin the dressing a little next time but other than that...great salad.

Great salad. Loved the dressing. I used Iron Springs Honey-Chipotle Glazed Chicken Skewers for the chicken in the salad. We will have this again soon.

This is a beautiful and delicious salad. We loved all the ingredients and especially the dressing. Made for Iron Chef Game.

Good ideas for a salad. Since I don't eat chicken or bacon I added shrimp and played with some of the other ingredients as well. Overall good inspiration for things to include in a Mexican cobb.

Wonderful summer dinner salad. Makes a nice cool but filling meal. The dressing wasn't quite to our tastes so I added some tabasco and a bit of ranch dressing with it. It spiced it up nicely. Will definately make this again. Thanks!

A delicious salad, and a very clever recipe idea. I made it vegetarian style... just left off the meat and added some corn, freshly cut off the cobb so that the kernals were still stuck together in little rows. Baby corn would also be nice for a vegetarian version. I'll definately make this again.
