I have to say I was very leary about the corona but it came out great. I think I found a new fav marinade for chicken.

Fabulous taste, simple ingredients and easy to throw together! Instead of a Corona, I used a can of the King of Beers (Bud). I used a very large skillet and I'm sure I tantalized the neighbors with the aroma of my Mexican kitchen tonight! My husband has requested we try this with steak strips next time. This dish is well worth the effort. DH would not let me use one of his Corona's. I had to use a Budweiser instead. The rest of the recipe I followed to a T. This is really good and I will make it again. Served it with Easy Refried Refried Beans. Finished the meal off with a margarita using Freezer Margarita. Thanks, for posting Lori Fields

This recipe was excellent with flank steak as well. The flavor of the marinade was savored with every bite ...Lisa definitely recommends everyone try it with steak.
