ingredients
- 226.79 g cream cheese, softened
- 425.24 g refried beans
- 118.29 ml salsa
- 14.17 g taco seasoning (that is 1/2 regular sized packet)
- 226.79 g sour cream
- 354.88 ml guacamole
- 1 small head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 236.59 ml shredded cheddar cheese
- 283.49 g diced tomatoes and green chilies (drained)
- 70.87 g sliced black olives
- 59.14 ml cilantro, chopped
- 20 slice pickled jalapeno peppers
directions
- Blend cream cheese, beans, salsa, taco seasoning and sour cream until smooth. Spread onto a very large tray (approx. 14" in diameter) or two regular-sized plates.
- Place several dollops of guacamole all over the bean layer, then spread lightly with a spatula to cover.
- Then layer on lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and chiles, olives, cilantro and jalapenos.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least an hour.
- This is a very versatile recipe. Add or remove ingredients as you like. Enjoy!
