Went to the market and picked out the largest can of Pickled Jalapenos. White label is fine. Picked and used the whole pepper mostly the red and ones and made this recipe. Been looking for how my friend made hers several years ago. This is it. Can't just eat one. De stem and de vein if you're a sissy. Stuff with cream cheese. Delish...

Fantastic! The sauce is superb as well. I especially loved the instructions to freeze, now i won't be wasting my jalapeno's and a delish snack is always at hand
