I had found this on the Food network site and made it last night. I'm glad it's been posted because it was delicious. Great healthy, quick, weeknight meal. I did cheat though, I added some cheese. Not a lot, but just enough.

VERY good and very easy to make! Next time I will only put cilantro on mine as my hubby didn't like that taste, but loved the rest of it! Thanks for posting!

WOW! This is a FANTASTIC recipe! It was sooo FLAVORFUL, FILLING and HEALTHY! I used 2 South Beach multi-grain wraps. I was unsure of how many beans to use as I weighed the beans from one 15oz can after draining them and they were 8oz so I used them all. I used a red onion, and added tabasco sauce. I subbed canned mild green chilies for the jalapenos and lemon juice for the lime juice. This was a very satisfying lunch for my husband and I. Thanks for this keeper recipe! Made for Beverage tag.

These are more like tostadas than pizzas, and are very yummy! To feed 2 for a meal, use at least one more corn tortilla, if not a few. We also used lots more cabbage (maybe 5 times), tomatoes and cilantro than it calls for. I doubled the dip, and used most of it. The dip is also good just by itself, very limey; you can leave the jalapeno seeds in, if you want it spicy.
