Used all mayo and all lime juice (no sour cream or vinegar). This is a great change from typical cole slaws. Even my BF who claims to not like cabbage slaw loved this. I needs a few hours in the refirgerator for the flavors to blend before eating. I've made it twice now, and will certainly make it again.

This is my go to recipe for cole slaw now.. I love the taste of the cilantro and chipolte lime based dressing..All my friends and family now use this too.. Great with everything you normally have slaw with.

this is delicious I pretty much made as stated only I omitted the cilantro and added in 1 teaspoon garlic powder to the mayo mixture, this only gets better with refrigeration time, thank you for posting Sharon, this was made for KK's Green event

This is amazing - I loved all the flavors. The lime and cilantro taste so bright, and the chipotle so smoky and spicy. We love eating Mexican food and this makes a great side dish. I used low-fat sour cream and mayo, and reduced the mayo by about 2 TB. A keeper!

This slaw is so special. At first I was not sure about the 2 limes but in fact, that's great. I used reduced-fat mayonnaise, fat-free sour cream. I omitted the cilantro cause I don't like this. This is very creamy and great. Thanks Sharon :) Made for PRMR tag game

Yummy cole slaw -- dh said it is the best coleslaw he's ever had! I made some very minor changes to this recipe based on what I had -- by using packaged coleslaw mix (about 1/2 bag) along with some packaged lettuce blend mix (1/4 bag), instead of chipotle pepper used 1 jalapeno chopped and since I had 1/2 a cucumber I wanted to use -- I used a thinly sliced cucumber instead of the bell pepper. I also used light sour cream but regular mayo. Delish! Will be making this slaw again soon -- next time as directed!
