I think anyone who doesn't grill this dish this summer will really be missing out! The fish has a suprisingly gentle citrus flavor that goes well with the sauce, that has a little bit of a bite from the jalapeno (but not too hot!) Thanks so much for this great easy recipe!

wow, what a great way to do salmon. DH and I were both really impressed by the taste. I served the salmon on plates of baby greens and used the sauce as the dressing - it was perfect. A must-try.

What a wonderful meal! Our entire family really enjoyed the flavor of the fish and the "sauce" was so....good! I would prepare "Mexican or TexMex" style side dishes because I served the boring baked potato etc. and it didn't do the salmon any justice. We will be making this more and sharing the recipe! Thanks!

Summery, festive dish, especially for entertaining. DH and I really enjoyed this. I made exactly as is, whisking a bit of butter in the sauce towards the end (a hint to future cooks; when using the butter, let the sauce cool down for a few minutes before pouring over the fish, as this thickens it even more). We'll definitley make again. Delicious.

This was a very tasty salmon dish! In the future I will stick with the juice of 2 limes (at most!) as I used 3 today and it was a bit lime-ey for us. I only had one jalapeno so I added crushed red peppers to the marinade to offset the heat. I followed everything else as stated. Wonderful...flavorful. Paired it up with corn on the cob and Easy Salsa Rice. YUMMY meal!!!!

Guess this recipe doesn't need additional reviews but had to add my own to it. This is a wonderful blend of flavors, loved by both my DH and me. It was easy to follow and took no time at all. We served with hot fetticuni pasta that we poured the thickened glaze over, a glass of great Merlot and it was a dinner to remember. Thanks for posting a great recipe.

Excellent, this will be my default salmon marinade. I only was able to marinate it for 45 minutes (time constraints) and think it would be even more amazing the longer it marinates. I served it over a bed of mixed bagged greens and added the butter to thicken/use as salad dressing.

Excellent recipe that I experimented on the manager of our company. He gave it two-thumbs up, ten stars and whatever else he could! This is really good: easy enough for family but definitely company worthy. Thanks for a great recipe to add to my rotation!

I was pretty sure this was going to be good but it really exceeded my expectations. This is an excellent way to cook salmon. The flavors blended well and the lime flavor was surprisingly subdued but detectable. I did like evelyn/athens and placed the salmon on a bed of greens and used the sauce like a dressing. I am so glad I tried this. Thanks for posting.

I used a bottle of premix margarita mix, garlic, olive oil and some dill to marinade the salmon steaks. It turned out great...very light flavor.

This is a great recipe! I doubled the marinade, as I had six very large salmon steaks for my dinner party. It was a huge success and everyone loved it! Thank you for sharing this winner!
