  • In medium saucepan add tomatillos,jalapenos( tops cut off),1 onion and water.
  • Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Cool.
  • Puree. Using pulse setting on food processor add garlic, cilantro and onion.
  • Pulse till blended yet leaving some pieces, for crunch.
