Even if this didn't taste five stars (which it did) it should get additional for being so darn easy to make!! Loved it!! Actually I'm eating my second helping as I type. The only thing different I did was use Maine shrimp which are pretty small and they were shelled. I used about a pound. I served it over rice with a little Parmesan cheese. Yummy. I'm gonna have to try it over pasta too! Chia, thanks for another winner!!

Chia this was such a delightful lunch for me today!! :-) I rarely have shrimp around (because I cant afford it LOL), but I thought that this light recipe was worth it...and it definitely was. So simple yet so yummy. Thanks for sharing!!!!

What a delicious flavor this recipe has! I made this while we were at our lake resort this weekend along with Country Fried Catfish Country Fried Catfish. Really easy recipe to put together. I just minced up my onion and used minced garlic and added the rest and let it marinade for several hours while we fished. Wonderful recipe! I made a photo for the photo swap#3, hope it looks alright! Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Delicious, chia! Made this exactly as directed, and it's a winner. We served it over pasta, and added a bit more olive oil and pepper. Next time, we might add some lemon and shell the shrimp, but it's definitely a company-worthy recipe as is. We enjoyed having the garlic and onions pureed, although a chunkier sauce would be good, too. The flavors were just excellent, and it's such an easy dish using frozen shrimp...we'll be making this one often.

Very nice. I don't think I'll puree it next time though, just mince up the onions and garlic as I think the shrimp were a little overwhelmed by the marinade.
