Fantastic, love that I can now make fajitas exactly as I like them, although the only thing I did different this time was miss out the salt. I also used my favourite smoked sweet paprika so it had a great smokey flavour.

This was so easy to put together and the results were fantastic. It tasted as good, infact better then any packet mix I have used. You are in charge of the chilli so you can adapt the heat to your taste. Brillant I will never buy another packet again.

This is absolutely the best fajita seasoning mix! There's just enough heat to make it interesting.

This was very good. Personally I felt like it had too much chili powder and not enough cumin. The second time around I made it with 1 1/2 t of chili powder, a pinch of cilantro and 1/2 t. cumin and liked it quite a bit better. I also added some worchestershire sauce when I was sauting everything. It turned out great. Thanks for the recipe!

Worked like a charm!I didn't have onion powder or cayenne and will add those next time for more flavor.

This was the most wonderful seasoning I've ever had. I'll never buy the packages again. I'm going to make this in bulk and give it as gifts as well. Thanks for sharing.

I no longer buy seasoning packets because of this recipe, it is far better than any of those anyway!

I used this for chicken fajitas tonight and my hubby and son both LOVED them. I didn't end up having onion powder, paprika or cayenne powder so I added a bit more chili powder, cumin and bouillon and 1/2 the salt. I cut up my chicken breast and put it in a ziploc bag with the mix for about an hour before I fried it with some onions and red pepper. I also added some water. I can't wait to try it myself next time. THANKS for a great recipe. I refuse to use those pre-packaged ones so it's great to have something homemade.

My husband used this for fajita salads last night. The flavor was good, although in my opinion it wasn't quite the flavor of a typical fajita seasoning. My personal preference would have been to add more cumin (just love that smell and flavor). But like I said, this was nice, and we will probably use it again.

I love making my own mixes. This one is great. I've made it per the recipe instructions for chicken fajitas, and I use beef bouillon when making steak fajitas.

This rescued me at the last minute as I wanted to make Quick Portabella Fajitas I thought it was close to what I like, but lacked a little something. Can't exactly put my finger on it though. I'll certainly use this again in a pinch.

I made this to use in Corn and Avocado Salsa. It worked quite well, and I'm looking forward to using the rest in other recipes. Thanks for posting, Kathy!

We really love this seasoning. I just made the second batch and didn't feel the need to change a thing ... which is unlike me! I do add lemon or lime juice and worcestershire sauce as another rater suggested. I use a lot of Quorn instead of meat and it was great the Quorn really soaks up the flavor. I also made salmon fajitas that were a big hit. Thanks for the recipe it's definitely a keeper.

I fiddled with this just a bit, no cornstarch or chili powder, used 2 bouillon cubes. Sprinkled over chicken, onions, bell peppers and cooked in a tablespoon of olive oil and a good splash of lime juice. It was GREAT, wonderful flavor! Thank you so much.

I have used this for shrimp, chicken and steak fajitas and it is fantastic with all of them. I added a little water as the store packs say to do and it was delicious.I also left out the sugar because of diabetes and it did not seem to effect the taste. Ladies you have to give this one a try!!! Thanks so much for posting this one!!!
