Just awesome. We use a low sodium chicken bullion and cannot taste the difference.

It's often difficult to find good fajita seasoning here in Oz, so this was a real winner for us. The only change I made was to use dried garlic granules in place of the garlic powder. I will make a larger batch next time. Yum!! Thanks Kathy!

Wow! Nice blend of flavors! These really work well together and compliment each other beautifully. Not too much of one spice or another. I hate posting my measly photos after Andi's fantastic photo. Gorgeous! She was right though. I could have photographed this beauty all day! After mixing this up we seasoned some plain chicken breasts with this alone and grilled them. We wanted to really taste this seasoning by itself. WOW! One of the best chicken breasts we have ever grilled. This turned out a nicely seasoned piece of boneless skinless chicken that was juicy and full of flavor. Plenty of leftover seasoning so we can try this again on other cuts of meat and even some grilled veggies! Thank you Kathy! *Made for Elves Appreciation Month!*

This one is a winner. I added some red pepper flakes and extra cumin and cayenne for a bit more kick and decreased the chili powerder slightly. Great to triple and mix ahead for quick meals!

How could anyone go wrong with this nifitier, then nifty, "help in the kitchen" extravaganza of flavors? I never knew. I never knew, this was as easy and delicious and robust as it was! Yippeeee, life on the farm just got a whole lot easier when it comes to putting the seasonings and spices quickly together. I didn't change anything....to quote a saying in "Mary Poppins" ~ "practically perfect in everyway." I could of just photoed the colors that made up this seasoning mix all day. I used this on a veggie fajita as Sharon123 suggested and oh I could of eaten just the seasoning too! Thanks for all you do Kathy!! Made for *Elves Appreciation Month* Fall 2008.

I loved this recipe! The flavor was awesome. I used this recipe (seasoning mix) in Chicken Fajita Potatoes to replace the taco seasoning that recipe called for. It worked out great. I will be keeping this mix for future times. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe Kathy. (made for the Zaar Elves Appreciation cook-n-thon)

Excellent. Just what I was looking for. I have used this in my recipe for chicken fajitas several times and my family loves it. I cut the chili powder in half but kept everything else the same. No more packets for me.

I used this to make tacos with and it came out just like the seasoning from the packet. Now I don't have to pay $1.00 for stuff I already have in my pantry. Made for the I recommend Tag Game, August '08.

Amazingly good!!! I usually buy the packages and was so happy I found this recipe. I've been cooking for my in laws to so I upped the amount of ingredients, made double. I cooked 3 chicken breasts, shredded chicken up than added 3 peppers 1 green 1 red and 1 yellow, and 3 small onions chopped. I put in some lime juice and water. My kids loved it, as well as everyone else, but did'nt realize how much they loved it until my husband got home( he works late) and the kids sat like they were security guards over the fajitas. Kept saying you dont want the second one,,your not hungry,,,,can't touch it. Now I am making more,,,and really going to make ALOT. Thank you so much A+

We were out of cornstarch and substituted cake flour, which worked fine. We also made a marinade of it by adding 1/4c red wine, 1/4c olive oil, and some water. Every bit as good as what we usually buy in packets!

This was good, but pretty salty for our tastes. I'll definitely make it again, but will omit the tsp of salt as the bouillon is plenty salty on its own.

I made this recipe cause I needed a fajita seasoning mix for this recipe : Chicken Fajitas - Crock Pot And also since DH has to eat less sodium, I made this and instead of salt, I used seasoning salt (homemade without salt). I used only onion powder cause I didn't have any leftover of garlic powder. This is great and I will do it often. Thanks Kathy :)

We really liked the flavor of this seasoning mix. I will never buy the prepackaged kind again. Thanks for sharing.

Cornstarch??? That was a huge mistake. This rub has hardly any flavor and tastes nothing like fajitas!!! The consistency is terrible too. The cornstarch creates a slimy paste. Two thumbs down!!!

This recipe was very simple to make and delicious. I'll never need to buy store bought fajita seasoning again!

Super recipe! I was in a pinch when I needed the mix and didn't have a packet of it in my cabinet. So, I went on a hunt and found this! I used it with Fajita Style One-Dish Chicken Dinner and didn't pay attention to how much to use, so I put the whole amount in. Oops! It was delicious anyway. No more packets for me. Thanks, Kathy.

Great recipe! I left out the chicken bouillon cube so that there wouldn't be any MSG in the seasoning and added some lime juice. Next time I'll probably put a little less chili powder in it, too.
