I used this to make pork fajitas, it got me rave reviews and no leftovers.

Used this in Chef #489552 's Shredded Beef Fajitas. Only change I made was using a beef bullion cube instead of chicken. Thanks for posting - will use again!

I made this tonight, what wonderful favors. I made "My Very Best Steak or Chicken Fajitas", My Very Best Steak or Chicken Fajitas. Delicious!

Perfect!!! I made just like the recipe stated and was perfect on my chicken for homemade quesadillas! I made up a whole bunch and put in a container so I don't have to mix it up for every time I want to use this seasoning. Thanks for a great recipe!

Fantastic! I used hickory salt in place of the regular (Hickory Smoke Salt Hickory Smoke Salt) and when cooking the meat for fajitas, I always add 3 T liquid margarita mix (without the alcohol) at the end of the cooking time. This made our fajitas outstanding..DH raved over them! Thanks for posting!

Thank You For This Recipe. I like my spices on the hotter side so I added more pepper but without the original recipe I wouldn't have known where to start. THANKS KATHY!!

This is good. The cornstarch is surprisingly an excellent additive. However, I'm from New Mexico, and in order to make these more authentic, they need a couple of teaspoons of mesquite flavored liquid smoke sprinked on the meat with the seasoning.

I haven't tried this myself, as I am not a fan of cumin, but DH says this seasoning mix is SPOT ON. He absolutely loves when I make fajitas now. I have left out the crushed bouillon as it is a pain and the DH didn't even notice.

This is excellent, mixes up in a flash from things already in my pantry! I like the level of spiciness, not too hot, just nice. Thanks Kathy.

This is so good!!! I will never buy packaged again. I decreased the salt to 1/2 tsp., used 1/2 of a lrg. boullion cube (the kind that makes 2 cups of broth), decreased the cayenne to 1/8 tsp. and added 1/4 tsp. of black pepper. Thanks, Kathy!

This is the best Fajita Seasoning mix recipe I have used. We love it! I will never buy packaged again. We keep the extra in the freezer and have used it on chicken - I think I might try it on chicken in the crock pot - YUMMO!

What a great recipe. I reached into my spices and grabbed what I had on hand (in this recipe) and tossed them together. I used the blend on some dices of chicken thighs that I'd browned. I CAN'T STAY OUT OF IT. Good thing I have more for the family. Thanks for THE perfect blend. Try this, folks. Thanks, Kathy.

Great balance of flavors, and so much better than the commercial stuff. I have a hard time finding commercial brands that don't include ingredients that will aggravate my allergies, so this is a very welcome find indeed. The only thing I need to do different is cut back on the salt, since I have to watch the amount of sodium in my diet. Thanks for a keeper!

Made for All New Zaar Cookbooks Tag. This is really great. Due to food allergies I usually need to make my own seasoning mixes as most of the pre-packaged ones have lots of ingredients in them that I can't have or don't want to consume and Fajita Seasoning Mix is no exception. Used this with Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas instead of the spices listed in the recipe. Will definitely keep this in my spice cupboard. Thanks for posting this Kathy!

Definitely a 5 star recipe! We thought the chili powder was just right in proportion to the other spices. I've been meaning to try this recipe forever. Yesterday we had a long day out of the house & forgot about dinner til we were home & starving! I had sirloin steak sliced into strips & vacuum packed in the freezer so while those thawed in the microwave I whipped up this awesome recipe & sliced some onion & bell peppers. I used 2 Tablespoons of mix for about 1 lb. beef. Fajita dinner was on the table in less than 30 minutes. It takes longer to get pizza out here! I'll be using this recipe exclusively now. No more packets! Thanks for sharing, Kathy!

This is SO incredible! I made a huge batch and now all I have to do is add 4-5 tablespoons to a pound of meat, so fast and DELICIOUS! Thanks for the recipe!
