Excellent fajita mix... much better than store-bought.

This is great on stir fried vegetables, as well as fajitas.

Very good! I've tried so many online recipes for different foods and most of them not worth writing a review, but this one a definite thumbs up! I didn't have cornstarch so left that item out, but it didn't change a thing (at least I don't think it did). Very good for a last minute meal. This one is a keeper.

Not bad. Not as much flavor as I had hoped for, though. I even added Lime Juice; another reviewer suggested adding Worcestershire sauce as well as lime juice, but since I hadn't any, I just went with the lime and seasoning. Thanks for posting - I always prefer making my own seasonings to decrease our salt intake.

I forgot to get fajita seasoning at the grocery store last night and thought I'd give this a shot. The only ingredient I didn't have on hand was the bouillon, but some leftover chicken stock stirred into about 2 tbsp of this mix was perfect for the fajitas. Thanks for sharing!

This mix is great. I used ground chipotle and ancho chiles plus a pinch of cumin in the place of regular chili powder. I didn't have a bouillon cube but I didn't miss it at all. I'll use this recipe from now on when we have fajitas. Thanks for a great money saving recipe.

Wow! This was fantastic. My fussy daughters even ate the vegetables (onions and peppers) and went back for more!!

I made venison fajitas with this seasoning on Wednesday. It was so good that I am making it again for company tonight (Friday). No more store bought "stuff" for us. Now I know my seasoning does not have MSG in it! ^_^

Good seasoning, but tasted more like chili seasoning or sloppy joe seasoning. Would use it again, but probably over ground beef instead of chicken or steak.

Grrrrrreat stuff ! The only changes I made were to leave out the salt and sugar and I used a low sodium beef bouillon cube. The flavors were excellent with Grilled Beef Fajitas - P Thanks for this keeper !

Ahhhhmazing! I didn't have cornstarch OR a bouillon cube and this mix was STILL awesome. I used it on left over roasted turkey breast and peppers and onions. My husband and I really enjoyed this mix and you can add us to the "never buying the stuff at the store" list! Great job!

this is ridiculously good & easy! I omitted the cumin (don't like)and cayenne pepper (didn't have) and it was still amazing - agree that it's way better than the store bought! I would leave out the chicken bouillon cube next time to tone down the salt a bit but otherwise everything is in perfect moderation!

This cumin was a little too strong for my family. Next time we will cut the cumin in half and add more cayenne. It was still better than the store bought stuff!

Very good. I used ancho chili powder as I thought it might make a good alternative, and doubled the cumin b/c I love cumin. Made it with chicken and it was great! BTW I used meatless chicken base (from a co op) so I could also use it on the imitation chik'n strips for my vegan daughter - I am betting she will like it! Thanks. I LOVE not having to buy spice packets.
