My family loves this seasoning! They won't let me use any other. I make a big batch up so I always have it available for a quick dinner

Like the other reviews, this is a fabulous mix. I omitted the salt and it still tastes great.

Made this last night. Doesn't even compare to the store bought package. This was perfect!

Holy Cow I tried this for a quick solution to some steak I had in the fridge. Sliced thin, sauteed in some olive oil, added this spice with a touch of water and presto! A great meal. Better than any fajita meal I've ever had...restaurants included! Oh, and I had no onion salt so I added a touch of seasoned salt instead. Perfect on every level.

I was so pleasantly pleased at how yummy this seasoning turned out. Super easy to put together with items already in the pantry! I had sliced up bell peppers, onions and turkey with olive oil, fresh lime juice and the seasoning and let it sit before saueting. My husband said it was a keeper - and that is saying a lot! Thanks Kathy!

This recipe is great! The combination of flavors is very tasty without being too spicy. Just the flavor I think of when I think fajita.

Great combination of flavors. I don't like overly spicy foods, and I thought this was just right - more flavor than hot. I used a mild chili powder. Goes great with Texas Fajita "Ribbons" by Twissis. Thanks for a keeper Kathy!

This was so easy to make! I used to buy the seasoning in a packet..never again, I made this in about 3-4 minutes and it was very good.

So simple, such amazing results! I decided, based on the outstanding reviews, to quintuple the recipe right out of the gate. Tried it tonight for the first time and we were blown away by the savory goodness of this mix. I used white wine and freshly squeezed lime juice for my liquid. I used 1 lb. of chicken breasts cut into strips, green and red peppers and onions. We truly felt we had restaurant quality fajitas ~ major yum factor!

This mix was awesome! I made it exactly how the recipe states but I didn%u2019t add the chicken bouillon cube because we were eating vegetarian fajitas. If turned out perfect! Thanks for this fantastic recipe. I%u2019m never buying a prepackaged mix again.

This was really an excellent recipe! I love being able to control the amount of salt in the seasoning. This was just right - not too salty and full of flavor. We really loved it! Used to make shrimp fajitas and couldn't have been better! Thanks for sharing.

I was looking to change up my fajita recipe until I found the one on this site. Then I decided to stick to what I have been doing. Whatever happened to using as many real ingredients as possible? I typically make two batches of chicken fajitas using (about 2 lbs) of chicken, half an orange (squeezed) a half a lime (squeezed) along with 2 or 3 hot cherry peppers, cumin, ground pepper, garlic, jalapenos and a mix of 2 to 3 sweet peppers. The closest I come to a "commercial product" is a hot garlic "rooster sauce". I typically season as I go along and add the increased levels of the "hot stuff" depending on my mood. Cook in olive oil.

I have been meaning to review this recipe for a few months now%u2026 I decided to try this recipe because I had a garden full of fresh peppers and some chicken in the freezer but I had to seasoning! I'm so glad that I tried this! The first time I didn't have paprika, but and it still was great!!! I don't use onion powder but that's because I HATE onions, (it just me, I know!) but this is perfect!!! My husband said I made the best fajitas he's ever had - hands down. He loves Mexican, Southwest and T ex-Mex but is very picky about when I try to make it at home because he is always disappointed, but not this time! We have made fajitas with this seasoning about 4 times in the last 2 months! I now have quadrupled the recipe and keep it in a container in the freezer to always have on hand!!! I use about 2-3 Tablespoons of the seasoning depending on how much chicken we are using. WE JUST LOVE IT! I%u2019m thinking of making up a huge batch and giving out jars for Christmas presents because we love it so much! Thanks for sharing!!!

I have never made fajitas before and did not want to use one of those little pkgs you buy at the grocery store. This is so easy to make and we loved it. Thanks for the recipe.
