Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas--Easy!

- 453.59 g chicken breast (cut into strips or chunks)
- 59.14 ml chicken broth
- 31.75 g package mckormick fajita seasoning mix (or your favorite brand-found usually by the seasonings and dry gravy mixes in the grocery store)
- sliced green pepper (optional)
- sliced onion (optional)
directions
- Mix chicken broth and fajitas seasoning until blended.
- Place cut up chicken in crock pot.
- Add green peppers and onion if you want.
- Pour chicken broth/fajitas mixture over everything.
- Set crockpot on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
- Remove chicken from crockpot with a slotted spoon when its done.
- Place on warmed up flour tortillas and serve with favorite toppings.

My stepson and I LOVED this...my DH, not so much, so since majority rules, we threw out his vote and decided this was delicious!! :) It was so easy, and tasted great...we just sauteed the onions and green peppers right before serving, instead of cooking them all day. But other than that, we didn't change a thing. Thanks for posting such a simple, yummy recipe!
