      Very good recipe. I used the remaining of fresh chives I had from my garden since the nights have begin to freeze. I used Enchilada Sauce for the enchilada sauce. Next time I'll use less cilantro since this is quite overpowering. Thanks Dottygumdrop :) Made for PAC Fall 2011

      Yummers! I used sliced green onions rather than chives and burrito sized flour tortillas. This is total comfort food! Thanks Dottygumdrop for a nice keeper. Made for PAC Spring 2010.

      Simple and delicious! We very much enjoyed these easy to prepare enchiladas. I used our favorite Mesa Red Sauce for the sauce, and it was so tasty! Thanks for sharing! ~PAC Spring '10~
