- 4.92 ml salt
- 44.37 ml chili powder (to taste)
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 9.85 ml oregano
- 4.92 ml cumin
- 44.37 ml vinegar
directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill before using.

Made for Potluck Tag. I'm so glad that I found this. Due to food allergies, buying Chorizo is out of the question. This was wonderful in recipe #113331. I used half of it in the recipe and froze the other half for another time. I did use ground pork as the recipe is written, but I will also be trying it with ground turkey. Thanks for posting this GalleyWench!
