Chicken, chillies and cheese are just meant to be married together, and this recipe showcases this perfectly.
We loved the flavour of the crisp crumb mixture against the moist tender chicken and then into the spicy gooey cheese..delicious.
Served with a simple salad it made for a most enjoyable dinner...thumbs up for you Sweets x

I tried this recipe for dinner last night. It turned out excellent. I squirted some fresh lime juice on the chicken after it came out of the oven. I served it with steamed rice to which I added cut up fresh red bell pepper, green onions & mushrooms & steamed broccoli with dill. What an explosion of taste. Thanks for the recipe.

We loved this. Very tasty and easy to prepare. It looks great plated. I forgot to serve it with salsa. But it was great alone. I used the jalapeno jack cheese and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Thanks for posting. :)

We loved this! I added finely chopped black olives and used shredded Mexican cheese in place of the Monterey Jack cheese. Had along with Mexican Rice and we were smiling at the end of the meal!

We really enjoyed this. It went together very easily - I used shredded cheddar and chopped jalapenos. The chicken was very moist and the flavor was wonderful. Thanks for sharing!

This was super good! Everyone in my family loved it. I think that it definetly needs the salsa on top, but it is so good. Kind of hard to make, but well worth it. We will definetly have this one again.

Fabulous chicken and easier than it looks! Scaled down for 2, I made as written but for using beaten egg whites instead of butter for dredging. My filling leaked out in a few places but so what. Definitely a _dinner party worthy_ recipe! Thanks for sharing!

Very tasty! I used a combo of mozzerella and cheddar cheeses and it was great. It was also much easier to put together than I thought. Thanks for a great recipe!

This was very good! Mine did not look as good as Paula's but that was my own fault, I flattened the chicken too thin at a few places and that made it more difficult to keep the filling in. We loved the flavor and I will make this again!

This is amazing. It is very easy to put together and makes such a wonderful presentation. This would be a wonderful dish to serve at a dinner party as all the prep is done prior which gives ample time for your guests. My chicken breasts were very large and 1 breast easily served 2 of us. This was served over Cumin Rice With Avocado with a side of roasted mixed vegetables.

Oh my goodness!!! This dish is absolutely fantastic! I used a package of thin-sliced boneless skinless breast fillets (6 fillets), pepper jack cheese and doubled all the other ingredients including the cheese. Served it with Recipe #199381 and a side salad. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe, Sweets. We loved it! :)

I scaled this down to use 2 chicken breasts for dinner the other night and my mother and I really enjoyed this. I dipped the chicken into egg whites to make them a bit more healthy instead of butter. This is a great version on chicken kiev. I served this with brown rice for a great meal.
