      Nice enchiladas! I wasn't sure what to expect with not having a sauce, but there was a nice creaminess from the salsa and sour cream on the inside. I had to make a substitution to corn tortillas to make it gluten free. Thanks for sharing! ZWT8

      So quick, so easy, but oh so good. We really enjoyed them, had leftover chicken, and this worked just great.

      Thanks Deantini! We really enjoyed this for dinner tonight. I thought that it would be better with some kind of sauce on top, but I wouldn't change a thing. I enjoyed the crunch of the tortilla. Very nice! Made for Went to the Market. Thanks! :)

      I mixed together all the ingredients for the filling then spread inside the tortilla shells. I did top with taco sauce then the cheese before baking. Made for Photo Tag

      Loved these enchiladas! When making things like this I usually use a colby jack cheese, but this time around I went for a sharp cheddar, & had a great main dish! Thanks, much, for sharing the recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed while touring Mexico with the ZWT5]
