This is so good. I didn't balsamic dressing, so I used reduced-fat italian dressing and it was great. Thanks Lori Mama :) Made for Holiday tag

These were great. Love burritos and sometimes need a break from meat or chicken but want a hearty meal still. This hit the spot

Simply delicious! Easy too which gets high marks by me. I used red pepper instead of green (like it better) otherwise made as posted. Appreciate that I have these ingredients always on hand. Thanks LoriMama for sharing a repeater. Made for Everyday is a Holiday.

Delicious! This has a fantastic combo of flavors. I used pepperjack cheese, baby portabella mushrooms, and Mom's Balsamic Vinaigrette. Thanks for sharing this!

What a wonderful treat this was! Following the recipe exactly, I was able to put these together so quickly, and popping them in our son's oven upon arrival for a cookout fun day. Earlier I made all the veggies, cheese, (used "vegan gourmet" cheddar cheese for the vegan portions) salsa, and rolled them. Took right with me, and stuck in the oven for the time stated. Put some great cheese on top and these were gone in really no time flat after putting them on the table to be served. Outstanding! (( used hot salsa - "Chi-Chi's" and used my own vinaigrette dressing.) Made for Everyday Holiday Tag May 2009

What can I say about this it is tasty, filling, and health. DH complained they were pack with so much filling that he had to use a knife and fork, verses eating with his hands (poor baby). Truly these are good.
