Beautiful blend of spices and other flavors with a nice amount of tang. I used your Chipotle Pico De Gallo along with some smaller size tortillas so just adjusted the quantities a bit to suit two smaller tortillas per person which made them a great meal in itself.

These were wonderful, I'd like them a little spicier. Maybe I'll put a serano in the marinade next time :) Thanks!!

Outstanding fish tacos! I found a similar recipe from an online video. It basically halved your recipe, using 1/2 tsp. more garlic and garlic. I used tilapia and the whole family enjoyed (and two of them dislike fish!). The recipe used shredded lettuce instead of cole slaw and that was delicious, too. The grilled tortillas were a nice touch. I served with buttered corn and cooked black beans. I am going to try and make these regularly. It's a great way to get "non-fish" eaters to partake! Thanks Sharon, for posting. Roxygirl

This seasoning smells really good but needs just a bit more punch of flavor for me. It covers the "fish" taste completely which my fish-shy husband loved. I served it with shredded cabbage, sour cream, and Baja Fresh's pico de gallo--could have used a little more liquid so it wasn't too dry. Thanks, Sharon, I'll try it again.

Excellent fish tacos! I prefer grilled ones to fried and these are delicious. The seasoning blend is right on! I served with flour and corn tortillas, shredded cabbage and salsa. Yummy!
