@Caroline Cooks: Just to make it official -- by all standards here in the states along the Mexico border, the verdict is unanimous: No mayo in guacamole. Never. Not. Ever. It's no more fitting than putting mayo in a spaghetti sauce.
Great mix of flavors. Never added cheese to guacamole before. It made it more creamy. Made for ZWT8.
This was really good guac! I hate when people call it guac. I never knew it to contain cheese, but this is so good.
Really a great guacamole. I scaled down to 1/3 using up 5 avocados. Everyone loved this rich delight.
I only wish I could have made this with all 15 avocados. I ued 2 and we enjoyed it with chips and on our tacos. I added a little extra tomato and it was the first time I used seasoning salt in my guac. I can see why it is award winning!
