Yum! I could just eat this plain, but I ended up putting it in a flax pita sandwich with some turkey for some extra protein. I also added corn. This is going in my favorites folder :)

Oh my! Was this ever good! We devoured the dish along with steak. The flavours are fresh and the colours beautiful together. I squeezed some lemon over the avocados after dicing and it seemed to do the trick. They were still green after 3 hours in the fridge. I only omitted the olives (we are not olive fans). We will definitely make this again. Made for 1-2-3 hits

I was skeptical of the italian dressing with this salsa but was pleasantly surprised! All the flavors worked together very well. I served this as an appetizer for a dinner party...everyone scooped this up and asked for the recipe.

This was really great! I actually had this for lunch, as it actually makes a nice salad to pack and is very portable. I am not a fan of feta cheese, so I had to pick mine out, but the feta cheese lovers who ate it thought it was fantastic as well! I will be making this again. Thanks for posting this, FolkDiva! This is so very good! I had this as our opening act for dinner last night, and it was a great success. I put everything together the morning of except the avocado, cilantro, and feta. Added those about an hour before serving. I wish I could take good food photos, because this makes a very pretty presentation. Had just a small amount left, and had it on bread as a sandwich for my lunch. Really, really good. Thanks FolkDiva.
