We had this mole sauce over grilled chicken also. I used 1 chipotle chile and unsweetened cocoa powder. The spices work so well with the cocoa powder and vegetables. I really enjoyed this with the chicken!

Wow, I had never even HEARD of Mole before, and now I am hooked! I made this for the ZWT 2 challenge and we enjoyed it over griiled chicken for lunch. Totally unlike anything I have ever had before, we loved it!

Pure heaven! What fun it was to use that unlikely mix of ingredients, throwing them into the blender and then cooking for such a short time to create a slightly sweet, spicy, tangy sauce that can highlight almost anything. I used it on chicken, but am thinking how good it will be poured over a cheese omelette, or your Veggie Burger#84235. Another recipe saved to my cookbook.

My first at making a mole sauce and this was just the easiest thing to make. I just loved it. I can`t wait to start making my own concoction of mole. This reminded me of when I was young and used to through all kinds of ingredients into a blender and dare my DS`s and DB`s to try it! LOL! Thanks for turning me on to your wonderful sauce!
