very simple and easy to make. It is very handy to add flavour to the dish. Was searching for this recipe and its variations. I could see another site www.vijigandhi.com , which has a different measurements of ingredients.... http://vijigandhi.com/index.php/indianfood-mexicanfood-imagelisting/mexican-all-purpose-seasoning-mix.html
this mix is very handy to make Mexican sweetcorn for kids after school...thx....

I have no choice but make my own seasonings and this is one I'll make a lot from now on. As suggested, I added some garlic powder and I sprinkled it on french fries. Can't wait to try it on chicken and popcorn as well. The addition of cornmeal was something interesting and new. Thanks for a keeper.people found this review Helpful. I made this Seasoning Mix to go into Banana Rum Cream which called for a Mexican Seasoning Mix, but I did not want to use the store bought packages. I loved the flavor this gave my chili and am only sorry I didn't double the recipe. Believe me I will be making this again, but will double or triple next time. Thank you for a wonderful recipe.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are.
